An ability to provide article feedback in-line would help. Sometimes the amount of time necessary to describe where something is in an article is greater than writing the actual feedback. If article feedback could be made in-line (such as Word does for reviews) then that would make feedback easier and more likely to be provided. Note that this can be an extension of the idea for editor HTML markup.
