Make a radio button to allow you to post as either a blog or article

Give the option to post either as a blog or article. These days i only write blogs, because it's easier to submit one, not because the content is any shorter. Please do the following 1) Put all the publishing on a single page 2) allow the user to choose blog/article 3) keep validation on the same page.
