Page Refresh Count

I observed that when i refresh the page it will be added one view every time , so we cant have proper count of visitor , I mean to say when one user or visitor seen the article and again they are going to the same one than visit count should not be increase , and by which we can get idea for how much user visitor visited any stuff , Thanks
