Job Description

As an Account Manager specializing in Programmatic Advertising at Adobe, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of advertising campaigns and cultivating strong relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies, and media buying platforms. This is not a sales role but focuses on campaign activation, retention, and revenue maximization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution, tracking, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with regional clients and key decision makers, identifying growth opportunities through strategic management and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and drive optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding Adobe Ad Cloud, providing strategic insights and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors to optimize resource allocation and support integration efforts with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Independently drive medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SLAs and client expectations.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution of unique third-party publisher and data executions when required.
  • Regularly engage with clients and sales teams to provide updates on campaign performance and overall customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required

  • BA/BS/MBA in business management, economics, or operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), PowerPoint (creating infographics), and strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad networks, RTB/Programmatic media buying.
  • Experience with tools like PowerBI and statistical analysis preferred to drive quality assurance in campaign deliveries.

Business Skills

  • Experience managing North America customers is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships, foster revenue growth, and make effective presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of navigating challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to work in the US time zone is required.
