AI Engineer

We are looking for several skilled AI Engineers with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and algorithms that address complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Develop AI Models. Create, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on generative models and natural language processing (NLP) applications.
2. Cloud-Native AI Applications. Build and deploy robust, scalable AI applications on cloud platforms, utilizing services such as Azure Functions, Azure Machine Learning, App Services, Storage, and Cosmos DB. Experience with Amazon SageMaker is a bonus.
3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.
4. Code and Design Reviews. Engage in code and design reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance within an agile development environment.
5. Continuous Learning and Adaptation. Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning frameworks, and cloud technology to apply best practices and drive continuous improvement in AI capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience in AI/ML. 3-5+ years of practical experience in AI/ML development, with proficiency in Python programming.
3. ML Framework Expertise. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, with proficiency in deep learning techniques.
4. Generative AI and Cloud Proficiency. Demonstrated experience with Generative AI models and working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
5. Infrastructure as Code. Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform and ARM templates.
6. Soft Skills. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and resilience, with an ability to work effectively under pressure.
