Experience. 5 + years

What You’ll Be Doing

Model Development & Optimization

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models for dynamic learning paths, student assessments, and personalized educational experiences.
• Work extensively with NLP and LLMs to build adaptive tutoring systems and intelligent agents.

Seamless Product Integration

• Build and implement AI solutions such as recommendation engines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous tutoring bots that fit directly into Ednova’s learning platform.

Research & Rapid Prototyping

• Constantly stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with few-shot learning, multimodal AI, and generative models.
• Rapidly test new ideas and bring them to life in tangible, testable formats.

Scalable Infrastructure

• Design robust and efficient AI architectures, data pipelines, and tooling with scalability, performance, and privacy in mind.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with educators, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate educational goals into smart, AI-driven features.

Impact-Driven Development

• Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously refine models and features based on real-world data.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP/LLMs)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow

• Practical exposure to LLM libraries and ecosystems such as:

  • Hugging Face Transformers

  • LangChain

  • LlamaIndex

• Comfortable working with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
• Knowledge and experience working with major LLM APIs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and real-world LLM applications

Bonus Points For

• Fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and building agentic workflows
• Familiarity with multimodal AI systems
• Contributions to open-source AI projects (we love builders!)
• Prior work or strong interest in education technology, coaching, or human learning platforms
