Job Description

Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to drive automation, improve efficiency, and transform validation workflows? We are looking for an AI/ML Technologist to join our team and play a key role in modernizing system integration and validation processes using advanced AI techniques such as Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal validation teams and Intel Labs to design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate traditionally manual validation and debugging processes. Your work will focus on reducing human intervention, improving accuracy, and scaling validation workflows to keep up with growing demands. You will also contribute to the development of AI software using open-source libraries, optimize AI model performance, and integrate self-reasoning systems to enhance test case generation, fault resolution, and AI-assisted debugging.

By embedding AI at the core of our validation and debugging processes, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality products and an improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI-driven automation solutions for validation and debugging.
  • Research and implement advanced Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI methodologies.
  • Design and optimize AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Work with internal teams to develop self-reasoning systems for intelligent test case generation and fault resolution.
  • Build and deploy large-scale AI-assisted debugging solutions for internal and customer issues.
  • Develop AI-powered recommendation systems to enhance product validation workflows.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques, including zero-shot, few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, and Tree-of-Thought methodologies.
  • Implement LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models with various databases and tools such as SQL, MongoDB, Graph DB, and Elastic Search.
  • Deploy AI-driven microservices using Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Maintain high-scale AI-based systems using ML Ops best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.

Technical Skills

  • Strong programming expertise in Python, with the ability to debug complex asynchronous systems.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, LDA, Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, and SVM.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and models, including CNNs, RNNs (LSTM), Transformers (BERT, BART, GPT/T5, Megatron, LLMs).
  • Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-based applications.
  • Familiarity with LLM function calling, Information Retrieval, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Re-rank models.
  • Experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in working with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, Graph DB, and Elastic Search.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
  • Strong understanding of software lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and release packaging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of computer architecture, specifically x86 architecture.
  • Experience in platform software development and validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
