Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK, UI design principles, and Android Architecture Components
- Integrate third-party APIs seamlessly into mobile applications
- Manage databases efficiently, with expertise in SQLite
- Implement core graphics and animations to enhance user experience
- Ensure adherence to Material Design principles for consistent and visually appealing applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Familiarity with testing tools to ensure robust and reliable applications
- Utilize Git for version control and collaboration
- Implement security best practices to safeguard user data and application integrity.
- Optimize app performance for responsiveness and speed
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate popular third-party libraries where applicable
This Project Requires
- Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
- In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, UI/UX standards, and Architecture Components
- Experience in database management, specifically with SQLite
- Familiarity with Material Design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a dynamic team environment
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques would be preferred
- Good to have experience with the integration of third-party libraries
- A fair understanding of security best practices in mobile application development
