Job Description

We are seeking an Application Analyst to join our Trust & Safety team. This role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks that affect the safety and integrity of our products. You will leverage your data analytics skills and technical expertise to monitor cloud-based applications for vulnerabilities, analyze security patterns, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing user trust.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Experience. 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in building dashboards and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and environments.
  • Experience with a scripting or programming language (e.g., Python).
  • Background in security audits or the development and implementation of security solutions.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours as needed to support escalations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor Applications. Manage, monitor, and analyze mobile and cloud-based applications for security vulnerabilities, implementing solutions to protect users from risks.
  2. Data Analysis. Conduct analysis on recently activated tokens/projects, understanding patterns and threats through business, infrastructure, and signal data to identify fraud, brand risk, and compliance issues.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Drive prioritization and implementation of risk mitigation initiatives in partnership with various teams, ensuring alignment on security strategies.
  4. Metrics and Reporting. Establish metrics for programs, delivering comprehensive reporting and insights on risks and overall process health.
  5. Content Review. Participate in the review of sensitive content as part of your core responsibilities, contributing to ongoing risk management.
  6. On-Call Rotation. Engage in on-call rotation duties, which may include non-standard hours (e.g., weekends, holidays).
