Qualities - Outstanding problem solving skills - Ability to function in a collaborative environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills - Willingness and capacity to perform duties with initiative and resourcefulness Responsibilities - Application Development on .NET framework and Support - Technical Support for SQL Server, Oracle and Access Databases - Internal Technical User Support - Database Design, Implementation, and Maintenance Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Qualified candidate should possess experience in the full development life-cycle (documentation, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment) of applications using object-oriented methodologies. The experienced applicant should also be able to demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into application and data-model design specifications. Because of the size and nature of the company, the candidate must have the ability to be self-directed yet have the flexibility to fill in for different roles and responsibilities as needed. Most work will be done independently, and the candidate must identify, communicate, and troubleshoot any restraints and roadblocks. Dedication to quality in design and delivery are a must. Terms of Employment This is a full-time salaried position that includes benefits. Travel to customer sites across the United States may be required.
