As a part of IBM’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team, you’ll take on both individual and team goals, developing your skills and driving professional growth. Your role involves designing applications, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software across multiple platforms and technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Application Design and Development. Design, develop, and maintain software applications, re-engineering components and integrating software across diverse platforms.
- Support and Collaboration. Work closely with Technical Consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship to build effective solutions.
- Data Management. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility, supporting business decisions and processes.
- Research & Innovation. Engage in research and analysis, participate in design thinking workshops, and document customer journeys.
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Engage with teams across functions, contributing to project lifecycles and aligning with IBM's high standards of quality and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education. B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering (2024 graduates preferred).
- Skills. Proficiency in programming (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET), familiarity with PLM software, and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
