As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of application solutions, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP BTP Administration, providing insights and guidance to the team.
- Team Collaboration. Collaborate with and manage a diverse team, ensuring effective performance and fostering a productive work environment.
- Decision Making. Take ownership of team decisions and strategies, engaging with multiple stakeholders to influence key project outcomes.
- Application Development. Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
- Primary Point of Contact. Serve as the main liaison for the project, facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving. Identify, analyze, and provide solutions to technical challenges faced by your team and across various project teams.
- Oversight of Development Process. Oversee the complete application development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Additional Information
