As an Application Support Engineer for the Adobe Advertising Cloud Search team, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding technical support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our advertising solutions. This role will be based in Bangalore, covering US working hours in a rotational night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting. Analyze, replicate, and resolve complex software issues reported by clients and Account Managers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
- Collaboration. Work closely with engineering and product management teams globally to escalate and resolve critical platform issues.
- Customer Relationship Management. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.
- Project Coordination. Manage multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on product issues.
- Product Support. Provide support during the launch of new clients on the Adobe Advertising Cloud Search platform.
- Continuous Improvement. Participate in the development of best practices and processes to enhance customer support and platform reliability.
Qualifications
- Educational Background. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.S in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience. Minimum of 3 years in a technical support or consulting role, preferably within a high-tech environment.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- Tool Familiarity. Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, and Splunk, familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Argo is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to creatively resolve complex development problems while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
