Brief Description of Job Duties
The role involves understanding the leading Application Security tool – HCL AppScan, with the primary objective of testing its offerings and integrations to identify any flaws in the existing or new features. This role also includes contributing to developing an automation test framework.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on programming primarily in .NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, and web application development.
- Database experience with SQL server.
- Application security concepts - expertise and/or experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of complex systems and critical thinking.
- Experience using Agile software development processes and techniques.
- Experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex software.
- Good analytic, problem-solving skills along with a good aptitude and attitude.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on programming primarily in .NET along with strong design & problem-solving skills.
- Provide resolutions to critical issues.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members through transparent and clear communications along with code reviews.
- Actively participate in project planning meetings and status reviews.
- Understand the current architecture and strive to recommend improvements that benefit the product and improve the effectiveness of the team.
