Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI and ML models and solutions.
  • Lead the development of advanced NLP and Text Analytics applications.
  • Architect and maintain MLOps pipelines ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products.

Required Experience and Skills

  1. Experience. 8-12 years in AI/ML.
  2. AI/ML Expertise. Proven experience in AI, ML, MLOps, Text Analytics, and Generative AI.
  3. Programming Languages. Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
  4. Machine Learning Frameworks. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  5. Cloud Platforms. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  6. Machine Learning Architectures. Knowledge of Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers, etc.
  7. NLP Tools. Proficiency with NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, and Advanced NLP techniques.
  8. MLOps Tools. Experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, or Azure ML.
  9. Workflow Tools. Knowledge of Airflow.
  10. Microservices Architecture. Experience with microservices.
  11. Databases. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Postgres, Neo4j, etc.
  12. REST API Frameworks. Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  13. Soft Skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills.

Educational Requirements
