Responsibilities

• Apply established development tools, guidelines, and conventions.
• Design, code, and test new web software applications.
• Identify and rectify software defects, and enhance functionalities for optimal performance.
• Analyze business objectives to enhance existing systems.
• Formulate technical specifications and test plans.
• Prepare action plans for modification and improvement.
• Cultivate proficiency in emerging technologies.
• Actively participate in a dynamic, experienced team within an agile development framework.

This Role Requires

• Min. 4 years of hands-on experience
• Technical Skills - C#, ASP.Net, VB .Net, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, WCF, Bootstrap, JQuery, SQL Server.
• Qualification: B.E./ MCA/ M.SC.(IT)/ BCA/ BSC(IT)/ BSC/ Others
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Smart with excellent communication skills.

Additional Notes

• Strong preference for office work; open to remote for those outside Mumbai.
• Hybrid or full on-site model for Thane or nearby locations.
• Work-from-home for candidates outside the region.
• Single technical round in the interview process.
• Final CTC based on technical skills, interview performance, and relevant experience.
