Job Description

Ericsson’s ever-growing team is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with a data-focused and results-oriented approach. This role requires effective supervision of all aspects of site activities, including civil works, site surveys, network design, and installation. A significant part of the role involves managing support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities while adhering to group, legal, and financial directives. A commitment to global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) procedures and tools, including attention to data security and privacy, is crucial.

What You Will Do

  1. Conduct Site Surveys. Gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
  2. Plan and Secure Engagement. Ensure appropriate service provision (ASP) in licensing, assessment, training, and compliance.
  3. Coordinate Workforce and Materials. Requisition and allocate stellar workforce and material resources.
  4. Ensure Validity of Site Design. Verify and validate site designs.
  5. Installation and Commissioning. Plan, secure, and execute the installation and commissioning phases diligently.
  6. Maintain Quality Standards. Ensure all execution procedures meet quality standards and report relevant activities.
