Ericsson’s ever-growing team is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with a data-focused and results-oriented approach. This role requires effective supervision of all aspects of site activities, including civil works, site surveys, network design, and installation. A significant part of the role involves managing support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities while adhering to group, legal, and financial directives. A commitment to global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) procedures and tools, including attention to data security and privacy, is crucial.
What You Will Do
- Conduct Site Surveys. Gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
- Plan and Secure Engagement. Ensure appropriate service provision (ASP) in licensing, assessment, training, and compliance.
- Coordinate Workforce and Materials. Requisition and allocate stellar workforce and material resources.
- Ensure Validity of Site Design. Verify and validate site designs.
- Installation and Commissioning. Plan, secure, and execute the installation and commissioning phases diligently.
- Maintain Quality Standards. Ensure all execution procedures meet quality standards and report relevant activities.
