Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead and enhance our ServiceNow implementations. You will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architecture & Design. Create and review high-quality configurations and design documents that outline the overall architecture and framework. Ensure designs meet client requirements and align with best practices for scalability, security, and user experience.
  2. Client Engagement. Understand and translate client business use cases and technical requirements into elegant technical designs. Communicate effectively to drive technology solutions that support business goals.
  3. Solution Development. Define and implement solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements. Select appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks to build robust solutions.
  4. Integration. Apply knowledge of integration techniques including REST/SOAP web services to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
  5. Mentorship. Guide and mentor team members in projects, helping them stay abreast of new technologies and best practices.
  6. Quality Assurance. Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, and adherence to design patterns. Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFRs).

Requirements

  1. Experience. 10+ years in ServiceNow, with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, data model, security, and platform capabilities. Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations and upgrades.
  2. Technical Skills. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS). Knowledgeable in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
  3. Integration Skills. Experience with REST/SOAP web services and various integration techniques.
  4. Communication. Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts and drive technology solutions that meet business objectives.
  5. Analytical Skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  6. Certifications. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist / Admin / Developer / Consultant is a plus.
  7. Education. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
