We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead and enhance our ServiceNow implementations. You will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design. Create and review high-quality configurations and design documents that outline the overall architecture and framework. Ensure designs meet client requirements and align with best practices for scalability, security, and user experience.
- Client Engagement. Understand and translate client business use cases and technical requirements into elegant technical designs. Communicate effectively to drive technology solutions that support business goals.
- Solution Development. Define and implement solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements. Select appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks to build robust solutions.
- Integration. Apply knowledge of integration techniques including REST/SOAP web services to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
- Mentorship. Guide and mentor team members in projects, helping them stay abreast of new technologies and best practices.
- Quality Assurance. Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, and adherence to design patterns. Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFRs).
Requirements
- Experience. 10+ years in ServiceNow, with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, data model, security, and platform capabilities. Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations and upgrades.
- Technical Skills. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS). Knowledgeable in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
- Integration Skills. Experience with REST/SOAP web services and various integration techniques.
- Communication. Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts and drive technology solutions that meet business objectives.
- Analytical Skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Certifications. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist / Admin / Developer / Consultant is a plus.
- Education. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
