Key Responsibilities
- Azure Mastery. Demonstrate proficiency in Azure platforms, particularly Azure Synapse Analytics and its components like Delta Lake. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure data stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Spark, and Python programming.
- ETL/ELT Expertise. Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows utilizing Azure Data Factory as a primary skill, supplemented by proficiency in SSIS/Informatica.
- RDBMS Proficiency. Showcase strong development and design skills in leading RDBMS environments such as MS SQL Server and Oracle 10g, ensuring seamless integration with Azure solutions.
- Big Data Acumen. Apply your experience with big data approaches, architectural concepts, and data sourcing, ingestion, curation, and storage mechanisms to drive innovative solutions.
- Real-Time Data Warehousing. Implement real-time and near-real-time data warehousing concepts and design approaches, contributing to agile and adaptive data solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience of 6.5 to 10 years in data engineering roles, with a focus on Azure platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and other Microsoft Azure data tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python programming, and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and RDBMS environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
