As a Senior BI & Visualization Developer at Infogain, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative business intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and development of BI and visualization solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our Fortune 500 clients and digital native partners across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of BI solutions, leveraging industry-leading tools such as Power BI, SAS BI, Tableau, and QlikView.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into actionable insights through intuitive data visualization.
- Design and implement scalable, performant, and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Drive best practices in BI development, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the BI development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- I have extensive experience (14-16 years) in BI and visualization Development, with expertise in tools such as Power BI, SAS BI, Tableau, QlikView, and Business Objects.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end BI solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in cloud technologies, microservices, automation, IoT, or artificial intelligence is a plus.
