A Day in the Life of an Infoscion
- Architectural Leadership. Delivering best-fit architectural solutions across one or more projects by evaluating technology choices, tools, and frameworks. You will lead design discussions and guide teams in implementing modern, scalable, and secure architectures using cloud and big data platforms.
- Technology Consultation. Providing deep technology insights and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in defining project scope, estimating effort, and ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business requirements.
- Solution Implementation. Driving end-to-end implementation of solutions, leveraging technologies such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Cloud Services, Big Data ecosystems, and Python-based Machine Learning frameworks. You will ensure that the solutions are performance-optimized, resilient, and meet high-quality standards.
- Innovation & Differentiation. Creating technology differentiation by developing reusable components, accelerators, and adopting partner technologies. You will contribute to the organization’s knowledge base and IP.
- Competency Development. Participating in training and mentoring programs to build strong, cross-functional delivery teams. You'll also contribute to internal learning platforms to spread awareness on emerging technologies and patterns.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Deep Technical Expertise in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.) and cloud-based integration using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Strong Cloud Knowledge, especially with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including cloud architecture, cost optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
- Hands-on Experience in Python for data processing, analytics, and machine learning implementations.
- Architectural Know-how. Sound understanding of architectural design patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven), performance tuning, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and functional architecture.
- Proficiency in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). You have experience designing and implementing SOA-based systems, ensuring seamless integration and reusability.
- Technical Documentation Skills. Ability to design both high-level and low-level architecture documents to ensure alignment and clear communication with development and QA teams.
- SDLC Mastery. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps-driven environments.
- Problem Solver. Logical thinking and effective troubleshooting skills to handle complex, multi-dimensional challenges.
- Team Collaborator. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
