We are seeking an experienced Ranch Manager for our Branch Banking division who will drive revenue generation, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and oversee the branch’s overall administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring the growth of deposit pools, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Deposit Pool. Develop and implement strategies to increase the branch’s deposit base through effective customer engagement and service excellence.
- Service Standards. Establish and uphold high standards of service delivery, ensuring consistent and superior customer experiences.
- Sales and Cross-Selling. Achieve targets for non-deposit products, including Mutual Funds and Insurance. Proactively cross-sell products to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Branch Administration. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Financial Management. Manage the branch’s productivity and morale, with full responsibility for break-even and profit/loss performance.
- Regulatory Compliance. Ensure all branch operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Product and Service Development. Collaborate with the product management team and other verticals to develop new products and enhance existing services.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in Liabilities products.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, market dynamics, and economic processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage customer service cycles, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Qualities
- Education. MBA, CA, or CAIIB.
- Skills. Strong sales orientation, leadership capabilities (more tactical than strategic), and the ability to effectively liaise with various teams for product and service enhancements.
