We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in business analysis, data analytics, and visualization. This role will play a key part in empowering our clients with actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal and external business partners to achieve project goals.
- Manage ambiguity and make strategic decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to generate meaningful insights.
- Build and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization platforms.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights, delivering clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning and business process improvements through data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Solve problems analytically, providing innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education. B.Tech. or BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years in analytics consulting.
- 3+ years in business analysis roles.
- 2+ years building dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or Python.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in working with large datasets and complex data manipulations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to link analytics with strategic business outcomes.
