* Attend business and technology meeting; work closely with business to identify business need and costs and benefits of a software solution. * Translate client requirements into highly specified project documents. Devise and document system design document. * Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. * Provide coordination and business analysis between credit risk business and technology. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology with 2+ years programming experience in IT department of financial firm. * Patient, detail-oriented, self-motivated, team-player * Great interpersonal, communication and writing skill * Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements * Proficient in SQL language. Familiar with MS word, Excel, Access. * Skill in the use of computerized spreadsheet, relational database, and word processing software. * Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. * Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans.
