Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy chatbot solutions using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) technology.
• Customize and configure conversational flows, intents, entities, and responses within ODA.
• Utilize programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python for customization and integration.
• Enhance chatbot understanding by incorporating Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Integrate ODA with other applications using RESTful APIs and Webhooks.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by designing user-friendly and intuitive conversational interfaces.
• Implement robust security measures and authentication mechanisms to safeguard user data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver successful chatbot implementations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to chatbot development and Oracle Digital Assistant.

Required Skills

• Experience in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) development.
