As an Assistant Client Relationship Officer (ACRO) at Intertrust in Bangalore, you will support the broader corporate team in managing the full corporate administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships. Intertrust is a global leader in providing tech-enabled corporate and fund solutions across 30 jurisdictions worldwide, focusing on delivering tailored services to build long-term client relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Save and file all correspondence from clients, intermediaries, and external service providers in both physical and electronic formats using Laserfiche and other systems.
- Update internal registry systems (e.g., ViewPoint) as instructed by senior team members.
- Handle filings with the Registrar of Companies for updates on director appointments, resignations, address changes, and constitutional document preparations.
- Assist in scanning and processing mail forwarding.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc projects as needed.
