Job Description

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Amazon Connect Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated contact center solutions for our diverse clientele. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying comprehensive contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and a broad array of AWS services. Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and a dedicated team of AWS cloud engineers, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership. Provide expert guidance and leadership to a team of AWS cloud engineers throughout the design, development, and deployment of contact center solutions.
  2. Architecture Design. Develop and oversee the architecture of contact center solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  3. AWS Expertise. Apply extensive knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to create integrated contact center solutions.
  4. Amazon Connect Mastery. Leverage deep expertise in Amazon Connect, including contact flows, agent desktops, routing, analytics, and integration capabilities.
  5. CDK Proficiency. Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline and automate the deployment process.
  6. Stakeholder Management. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  7. Problem Solving. Address and resolve complex technical challenges, offering innovative solutions and effective workarounds.
  8. Best Practices. Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure solution reliability and compliance.
  9. Continuous Improvement. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in contact center technology and AWS services to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Amazon Connect Architect with a strong track record of successful contact center implementations.
  • Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in AWS and Amazon Connect.
  • Experience with contact center industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
