Job Description

ValueLabs is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team, with a focus on AWS and GCP. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing multiple AWS accounts and leading platform-level activities. This role involves both architectural and development responsibilities, acting as a central team for organization-wide cloud activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cloud Management. Manage and oversee multiple AWS accounts, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources across the organization.
  2. Platform Leadership. Act as a centralized team responsible for major cloud tasks and initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to drive cloud strategies.
  3. Architectural Design. Develop and implement cloud architecture solutions, focusing on AWS (70%) and GCP (30%).
  4. Tool Utilization. Utilize AWS tools and services such as CloudFormation, EC2, and others to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
  5. Big Data Management. Work with BigQuery and Firebase for data processing and management.
  6. Version Control. Manage and integrate Bitbucket for source control and collaboration.
  7. Account Handling. Handle and optimize operations across 50+ AWS accounts.
  8. Collaboration. Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud solutions meet organizational needs and standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

  1. Cloud Expertise. Strong experience with AWS (70%) and GCP (30%).
  2. AWS Tools. Proficiency with AWS services including CloudFormation, EC2, and other relevant tools.
  3. Big Data. Experience with Google BigQuery and Firebase.
  4. Version Control. Hands-on experience with Bitbucket.
  5. Architectural Skills. Proven experience in cloud architecture and development.
  6. Account Management. Experience managing multiple cloud accounts (50+ accounts).

Qualifications

  1. Experience. 10-17 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a significant focus on AWS and GCP.
  2. Notice Period. Immediate to 15 days.
