Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, ensuring positive outcomes aligned with Customer Success Plans.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement.
- Drive consumption and support growth by optimizing solutions and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Resolve technical issues to facilitate project go-live and broad usage.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft Business Applications.
- Continuously enhance individual and team skills to support customer and Microsoft's business goals.
- Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and accelerate customer transformation journeys.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or related fields.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience (12+ years with Bachelor’s, 8+ years with Master’s) in IT consulting/support, systems administration, or Microsoft Business Applications.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain apps and Success by Design methodology.
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles and leading technical implementation projects.
Certifications and Skills
- Functional or technical certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Operation (expert level).
- Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies for Dynamics 365.
