We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Computer Scientists to join our team. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing new products while enhancing existing offerings. You'll work in a full DevOps mode, taking ownership of the entire engineering lifecycle from inception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Product Design and Architecture. Lead the design and architecture of new products, collaborating closely with architects, product management, and other engineering teams.
- End-to-End Engineering. Manage all phases of engineering, including early specifications, design, technology selection, development, automated testing, and deployment.
- Technical Leadership. Define the technical vision and roadmap for the team, providing technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Industry Trends. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, influencing product direction and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Collaboration. Orchestrate with cross-functional teams to develop products or components of larger projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Requirements
- Education. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a premier institute.
- Experience. Minimum of 6 years in software development with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, algorithm design, and performance optimization.
- Programming Skills. Proficiency in Java/Scala programming languages, with a track record of writing reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant code.
- Cloud Knowledge. Experience with Azure services and/or AWS, along with a good understanding of distributed systems.
- Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and influencing product decisions.
