Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration. Work closely with front-end developers and team members to establish objectives and craft functional, cohesive code aimed at enhancing user experiences.
  2. Innovation. Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by staying abreast of industry developments and trends.
  3. Continuous Learning. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on standard methodologies, learn new programming languages, and support team members effectively.
  4. Communication and Leadership. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills while also taking the lead on projects as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum

  1. Education. Bachelor's degree in a related subject area or equivalent experience.
  2. Technical Expertise. Proficiency in detailing technical requirements and multitasking with a proactive approach to work responsibilities.

Preferred

  1. Java Proficiency. Strong core Java background with experience in Collections, Multithreading, Spring Boot, Web Services, and Micro-Services Architecture.
  2. AWS Familiarity. Basic understanding of AWS services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS instances.
  3. Database Knowledge. Experience and understanding of data structures, PL/SQL queries, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle), and SQL queries.
  4. Web Application Skills. Good knowledge of Java/J2EE web application technology stack, including Core Java, Spring core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, REST, JSON, and XML.
  5. Integration Expertise. Ability to integrate existing APIs (REST/SOAP) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.
  6. Version Control. Strong understanding of Version Control Systems (GIT and GitHub).
