Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing plans that align with organizational objectives and target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, demand generation, sales, and design, to create high-performing content across various channels such as blogs, social media, email, and websites.
- Ensure content meets campaign and SEO goals (leads, keyword rankings, content engagement).
- Leverage SEO best practices and keyword research to create SEO improvement plans, optimize content for search engines, and drive organic traffic.
- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to identify trends, optimize strategy, and measure content marketing effectiveness.
- Contribute to editorial calendar planning and ensure timely content delivery across multiple channels.
- Utilize best practices and tools (including generative AI) to enhance content delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand assets such as infographics, images, and videos to support content initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine and improve content marketing strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of content marketing experience, including strategy development, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through content marketing initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and their application in content marketing.
- Ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content for prospecting and nurture campaigns, optimizing for conversion and adhering to best practices in email communication.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, style, and tone.
- Ability to analyze content and email campaign performance, using data to optimize strategy and measure effectiveness.
- Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting to create tailored content for different customer personas using data to drive success.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use insights to optimize content strategy and performance.
