Join LinkedIn's Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS) team to shape and deliver self-service help content across diverse channels. As a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our content strategy and governance to enhance experiences for our members and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver accurate, timely content aligned with business needs under senior content strategist guidance.
- Create high-quality, user-centered content for various channels (help center, in-product help, chatbots, virtual assistants) following KMS guidelines and stakeholder inputs.
- Score and validate chatbot outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Build subject matter expertise in designated areas.
- Analyze content metrics and user feedback to optimize content health and share insights with partners and writers.
- Create clear, concise project plans, gaining business partner agreement for implementation.
- Collaborate globally, building relationships and sharing knowledge with team members and partners as needed.
- Provide training and coaching on products, writing processes, and tools to new team members.
- Participate in peer reviews to enhance content quality with open, honest, constructive feedback.
- Prioritize and resolve internal inquiries promptly.
- Master LinkedIn’s Voice and Tone, contributing to the Help Style Guide.
- Model LinkedIn’s culture and values, actively fostering a healthy team culture.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry and technical writing experience.
- Experience in Technical Writing or Knowledge Management practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems and authoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of DITA or other topic-based authoring methodologies.
- Proficiency with content authoring tools like XMetal, Oxygen.
- Experience in SharePoint, Wiki, or any Content Management System.
- Familiarity with AI conversational interfaces, prompt engineering principles a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships with partner and writing teams.
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in global teams.
