Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking dynamic Software Engineers who thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with leading companies across various industries, such as banking, commerce, insurance, social media, transportation, and government. Your mission will be to empower these organizations by enhancing their mission-critical business applications through web technologies.
Responsibilities
As an L3 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in debugging reported problems, designing and developing code fixes, and conducting unit tests. Your expertise in programming languages, including C and C++, on both Visual Studio and Unix environments, will be paramount. Strong application debugging skills on Windows and Unix platforms, coupled with a deep understanding of data structures, multithreading, and memory management, are essential components of your role.
You will collaborate with L2 Service Specialists in problem determination and analysis on client systems. Depending on the severity of issues, you may directly engage with clients through conference calls or onsite visits, providing invaluable insights and feedback to the development organization for ongoing and new product development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in C, C++, VC++, C#, with hands-on experience in Visual Studio on Windows and Unix.
- Expertise in manual and automated testing, including Selenium with Java, functional, database, API testing, and Python.
- In-depth knowledge of product architecture and strong debugging skills on both Windows and Unix platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Basic Graduation from a reputed college.
Experience providing customer support for ECM Software products, including troubleshooting, defect fix development, incident management, and customer communication.
