As a Customer Service Associate aligned with our Customer Support vertical, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and delivering the best resolutions to customers. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs. The Query Management team handles inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support to address customer issues. This role is aligned with our Service Desk team, providing 1st level customer service support to clients regarding their operations. Serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will meet the communication needs of users and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As the business demands, you may be required to switch between support channels such as phone, chat, and email.
