Job Description

At Coforge, we are committed to creating a secure digital environment for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced security solutions and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Tenable Administration. Ensure that Tenable solutions (Tenable.sc, Tenable.io, and Nessus scanners) are updated with the latest patches and updates. Manage user accounts and roles within these solutions.
  2. Vulnerability Assessment. Plan, schedule, and execute vulnerability scans on various assets using Tenable.sc or Tenable.io. Analyze scan results to identify vulnerabilities and assess security risks.
  3. Compliance Management. Maintain a strong understanding of compliance scanning processes. Update CIS-based audit files and perform compliance scanning across different operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and network devices (Palo Alto, Cisco).
  4. Reporting. Generate and distribute comprehensive security reports, including vulnerability assessments, compliance reports, and executive summaries. Track and monitor the progress of remediation efforts.
  5. Documentation. Create and maintain documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to system configurations, policies, and procedures.
  6. Client Interaction. Serve as a point of contact between the organization and Tenable. Report issues, request support, and stay informed on product developments.
  7. Tool Integration. Collaborate with teams for integration with tools such as Splunk and ServiceNow.
  8. Team Management. Assist in client handling and team management activities.
  9. Automation Skills. Knowledge of API integration and automation of manual tasks using PowerShell or Python is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Tenable solutions, including Tenable.sc, Tenable.io, and Nessus.
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment processes and compliance scanning.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and their security configurations.
  • Experience with security reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Experience in integrating security tools and automating processes is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
