A data domain architect is needed to support the Workday skill to support HR transformation. You will partner with Data and IT functional leaders, SMEs and other architect roles, and are accountable for the construction and management of Data Operating Models, including Data capabilities, Functions, Processes, Technology Stack and roles to support data business initiatives. Be able to create visual analytics based on the various rationalization needs and attributes.
- Construct and Manage Data Operating Models for human capital data.
- Lead the enhancements of data capabilities, functions, processes and technology stack.
- Create visual analytics based on the various rationalization needs and attributes.
- Lead the creation and management of data architecture models, standards and roadmaps.
- Work with cross-functional team to educate and document impact of the data changes.
- Develop and Deploy HR data models and industry standards (HR Open standards) in a large corporate environment while working with Data Governance team that impacts overall Data Strategy.
- Ensure alignment of data architecture with security compliance.
- Research and recommend emerging trends in data and the implementation to solve complex business problems resulting in delivery of insights at an accelerated pace.
- Drive Cybersecurity and InfoSec policies, technologies, and procedures. Work with Business Partners, IT Architects, Data Governance Team and Enterprise Architects to build Data Ecosystem and Data Hub.
Experience
You will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in HCM discipline (Workday preferred), architecture, strategy, and implementations focusing on the Data-Driven-modeling.
- Experience in strategy and technology planning.
- Experience in Informatica Middleware.
- Experience in Workday PRISM.
Plus to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced experience with SQL, noSQL and Python languages to build, interact and design.
- Experience in Relational / non-relational databases and structured/unstructured data.
- Experience in building Logical Schema design – Working with Object and Relational modeling.
- Experience in AI/ML modeling for the HR data.
- Knowledge of the Data-API, xAPI, HR-XML etc.
- Communication skills and ability to communicate to different levels of organization.
- Ability to articulate the holistic benefits of data architecture from a business perspective, while maintaining the relationship with solution teams, data engineers, Dev/Ops, enterprise architecture, visualization, and data science teams.
