Essential Functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven business solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain architecture and design documentation.
- Facilitate design reviews and provide input on functional requirements and schedules.
- Work with engineering teams to establish continuous integration practices.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to identify and mitigate risks.
- Communicate technical solutions in business terms and provide timely updates on project status.
Qualifications
Basic
- 13+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree.
Preferred
- Proven expertise in designing and developing data pipelines.
- Experience with a variety of data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB, and RDBMS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and programming languages like Java or Scala.
- Strong design and development skills with Big Data technologies.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Automated Test tools.
- Experience with graph processing technologies and databases is a plus.
