Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist at Infogain, you will be a key player in our data-driven journey, leveraging advanced analytics to unlock insights and drive strategic decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions and business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass.

  1. Data Exploration and Preparation. Dive deep into complex datasets to understand their structure, quality, and potential insights. Cleanse, preprocess, and manipulate data to ensure its suitability for analysis and modeling purposes.
  2. Advanced Analytics. Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and correlations from data. Develop sophisticated models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  3. Model Evaluation and Optimization. Rigorously evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques. Continuously refine and optimize models to enhance accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
  4. Data Visualization and Storytelling. Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate key findings and insights to diverse audiences. Craft narratives that transform data into actionable stories, influencing strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams to understand business requirements, define analytical objectives, and translate them into practical solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on the use of data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.
  6. Research and Innovation. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields. Proactively explore new techniques, tools, and methodologies to solve complex business problems and drive innovation within the organization.

Data Science. Proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions.

Python. Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/Keras for data manipulation, modeling, and deep learning.
