As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for extracting meaningful insights from large and complex datasets and translating them into strategic recommendations. You will design and build predictive models, develop data pipelines, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive value across our business functions. Your work will support critical decision-making processes and contribute directly to our data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Generative AI Expertise. Bring hands-on experience and deep understanding of Generative AI techniques and tools such as GPT, DALL·E, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc. Apply these to create innovative solutions in areas like content generation, personalization, summarization, and more.
- Data Analysis & Exploration. Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends that guide business decisions.
- Model Development. Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems ranging from classification and regression to recommendation systems and time-series forecasting.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, define data needs, and ensure the alignment of data science solutions with strategic objectives.
- Communication & Storytelling. Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and compelling visualizations and narratives. Present actionable insights and model results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Model Monitoring & Maintenance. Continuously monitor model performance and recalibrate or retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance in dynamic environments.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science. Proactively experiment with emerging technologies and methodologies to improve performance and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), R, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience in deploying models into production environments.
- Solid understanding of databases and experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
