In this role, you won’t just be writing code, you’ll be building scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You'll take prototypes and MVPs and transform them into fully functioning products by implementing robust DataOps and DevOps practices. From data ingestion to deployment and monitoring, you’ll own it all.

What You’ll Do
- Translate data science MVPs into production-level solutions with full automation and monitoring.
- Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and infrastructure planning with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Leverage your deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract insights from complex, unstructured data.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrate them into intelligent systems and data pipelines.
- Continuously improve code quality and implement engineering best practices.
- Assist in designing governance mechanisms and standard processes to minimize technical debt and ensure sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Who You Are
- You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Data Scientist, especially in NLP-focused projects.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed tier 1 or tier 2 engineering college in India.
- You have strong proficiency in Python and PySpark, you write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- You're comfortable working with Azure services and have deep expertise in Databricks.
- You’ve taken machine learning or NLP products to production and understand the challenges involved in operationalizing models.
- You have a working knowledge of SQL and are comfortable handling structured and semi-structured data.
- Your NLP toolbox includes hands-on experience with tools like SpaCy, NLTK, TextBlob, Transformers, OpenNLP, CoreNLP, and LLM APIs.
- Bonus points if you have experience processing text data in non-English languages and fine-tuning LLMs in a production setting.
