As a key member of the Client Insights & Data Products (CIDP) team within Global Commercial Services (GCS), you will support the development of digital insights products designed for corporate clients to manage their spending effectively. You will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance user experience and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- ML Model Development. Create machine learning models and advanced algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions and card members.
- Innovative Solutions. Develop generative AI-based solutions to enhance user experiences and increase team productivity.
- Data Expertise. Gain a deep understanding of data structures to maximize their usage in insights products.
- Deployment & Monitoring. Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance.
- Collaborative Product Development. Work closely with product, UX, and tech teams to deliver products in an agile environment.
- Product Innovation. Conceptualize, develop, and prototype new insights products and feature enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience. Minimum of 2 years in analytics, ML, or AI roles.
- Education. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Finance, or Operations Research preferred. An MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory. Proficiency in Python and machine learning.
- Good to Have. Knowledge of generative AI.
- Industry Knowledge. Familiarity with the T&E industry and GCS business is preferred.
