Delphi Developer

Responsible for systems development, testing, maintenance and support. Supports the migration of code from Unisys to Windows environment using LION Developer. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Has experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. Developing accurate and efficient computer programs. Defining requirements for improving or replacing systems. Maintaining current knowledge of standard languages, coding methods and operations requirements. Researching business systems, operations, and data needs to assist in the development of automated systems. Defining requirements for analytical studies. Documenting current systems operations and programs according to installation standards. Analyzing program specifications for completeness and conformance to standards. Designing program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to prescribed standards. Preparing test data and test-coded programs to validate accuracy. Preparing specifications for system improvements. Developing systems testing and conversion plans. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Minimum 5 years development experience 3 years experience with VB Script Visual Basic Delphi 7.0 SQL IIS Server ASP Windows programming skills LION developer a plus
