Role Overview
- Design solutions that simplify complex tasks for professional users
- Advocate for the user and iterate on designs to create impactful software products
- Collaborate with team members to create successful user experiences
- Work with customers to understand their needs and build solutions for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Utilize AI, data visualization, and accessibility support across mobile apps and web applications
- Plan and execute design work with flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Advocate for customers, consolidate user research data and business requirements to drive clear UX direction
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Produce designs that illustrate UI excellence and facilitate efficiency, insight, and growth
- Engage in UX team efforts such as design reviews, workshops, and pitch decks
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field
- 4+ years of industry experience in UX design for products and/or services
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Understanding of comprehensive design systems and holistic UI toolkits
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create polished UX documentation, functional specs, prototypes, mockups, and user flows

Location and Flexibility. This role is based at the Microsoft campus in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with up to 50% remote work flexibility.
