Roles & Responsibilities
- Motivated DevOps Manager to ensure high performance and availability of the BrightEdge S3 platform through operations monitoring and process automation.
- Provide technical leadership in DevOps frameworks with continuous integration and delivery for the industry-leading SEO platform.
- Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot, and develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, own, and build automated tools, DevOps frameworks, and infrastructure.
- Automate monitoring, health checks, deployment, and high availability on a high-volume data processing platform.
- Collaborate with support, engineering, infosec, and vendors to address customer needs.
- Troubleshoot critical problems on the production environment with minimal turnaround time.
- Create frameworks for auto-scaling the global cloud network.
- Manage a hybrid environment of both cloud (AWS, GCP) and Data Center.
- Lead a culture of innovations and experimentations to tackle new challenges.
Project Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps.
- UNIX/Linux systems knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Mastery in 1 scripting language required (Python, Shell, Terraform, Ansible, etc).
- MySQL, No-SQL database administration experience.
- Experience in Hadoop(Big Data) or HBase or Hive.
- Optional: Networking experience.
- Plus: Google Cloud Platform or other cloud technology experience.
