Requirements for Success
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Java/Javascript and web application development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier institute.
- Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in web technologies such as React/Vue, NodeJS, TypeScript, etc.
- Deep understanding of MVC frameworks and web development concepts.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of software fundamentals and best practices in design and testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in developing web frontend and backend solutions.
- Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of new features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Proactively troubleshoot and support production systems.
