Responsibilities

As a Digital Experience Specialist at Adobe, you will be at the forefront of creating captivating and immersive digital experiences that engage and inspire audiences. Your responsibilities will include.

  1. Strategic Collaboration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic digital experience initiatives aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Creative Design. Conceptualize and design visually stunning and interactive digital experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media channels.
  3. Technology Expertise. Utilize Adobe's suite of cutting-edge tools and technologies, such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud, to bring digital experiences to life.
  4. Data-Driven Optimization. Analyze user data and feedback to gain insights into user behavior and preferences and leverage these insights to continually optimize and enhance digital experiences for maximum impact.
  5. Trend Awareness. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital experience design, user experience (UX), and customer engagement, and incorporate innovative ideas and technologies into digital experience strategies.
  6. Accessibility Advocacy. Champion accessibility and inclusivity in digital experiences, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines to make digital content accessible to all users.
  7. Brand Alignment. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards, maintaining consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
  8. Subject Matter Expertise. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital experience design principles and best practices, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
  • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
