Join our Teams Core Engineering (India Dev Center) as a visionary leader, spearheading our Consumer team, comprising over 30 talented engineers dedicated to enhancing Teams for Life and GroupMe products. In this role, you'll champion our mission to expand our monthly active user base in the Consumer segment, driving engagement and fostering growth for GroupMe. Based in Noida, India, you'll collaborate closely with our teams in Redmond to fortify our foothold in the consumer market. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the entire customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to engagement and retention, with the ultimate metric of success being consumer subscriber growth.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous attention to Craft, Performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners across various time zones to ensure a shared vision for product development and architecture.

People Leadership

• Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of versatile full-stack engineers, fostering their professional growth through mentorship and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product development, with a minimum of 14 years in the field.
