Responsibilities
Successful candidate should have experience managing and building engineering team. S/he must have excellent technical strength and strong system level trouble shooting skill and be able to lead by example. This position will need to work closely with global team in delivering our manufacturing test systems to different parts of the world. Strong communication skill is a must.
Qualifications
- BS/ Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience managing and building engineering team with a focus on quality
- 8+ years of engineering development and best practices
