Job Description

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of various transactions such as premium applications, surrenders, and death claims in response to customer requests. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and process these transactions with a keen attention to detail, conducting thorough research and examination of pertinent documents and policy records before arriving at decisions. Collaboration with different teams will be essential to ensure strict adherence to applicable rules and procedures, guaranteeing seamless and precise execution of tasks. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
